As children of Italian immigrants, our home became a piece of Italy, where our mother lovingly prepared Italian food and desserts. The dream to establish a gelato business and bring true artisan gelato to Sydney's shores, sparked during your 2018 trip to Italy. The pandemic provided an unexpected opportunity to refine our recipes, resulting in the birth of Dolcino. We hope to enhance your gelato experience, spreading joy one scoop at a time! 🍨✨
